House consists of 3 apartments, each with two double bed rooms, equiped kitchen with dining room and terrace with wonderful view to the sea and pebble beach in front, only for the guests of the house. There are no other houses near, so that is why this is real pleasure to enjoy privacy completely in the astonishing surrounding of pine trees and sea. there is mouring in front for the boat, and car parking place for the guests.

Hvar, wonderful island of the central Dalmatia, is one of the 10 most beautiful islands of the world. Crystal blue sea, beautiful bays, mild climate, endless fields of lavender, historical and cultural sights, make the island of Hvar so special. Warm summers and gentle winters enable Hvar to be one of the most attractive health resorts.The village of Brusje is situated only 6 km from Hvar. A series of rural houses run along the road, forming a very pitoresque architectural grouping. It has it s own church sv. Juraj which has a statue of the saint on the facade, and on the high altar there is a painting of St. Anthony by b. Zelotti.
Today priority is given mostly to the cultivation and processing of lavender, which plays an important role in the islands exports. In the beautiful cove Jagodna, which belong to village Brusje, and which is also on the road from Brusje to town Hvar,and there is this fine villa.
